Outgoing Calls
You ask Ariel to call a contact with a clear purpose; it calls on your behalf.
Warmup Calls
Schedule a call; Ariel dials the contact first, then bridges you in and records the call.
Inbound Calls
- People call your assistant’s number directly

- Captures intent, routes, and can schedule, take notes, or pass through key info
Outgoing Calls

Warmup Calls
Warmup calls let you schedule a call for a specific time. Ariel will:1
Call the contact first (from assistant number)
At the scheduled time, Ariel dials the contact using your assistant’s number to confirm they’re available.

Bridge you into the call
If the contact picks up, Ariel then calls you and bridges the line so you’re talking through the service.

Record for reference
The call is recorded for future reference and notes are attached to your timeline.
All calls handled through Ariel are recorded within your own assistant. Recordings let you review conversations later and help your assistant improve over time. These recordings are private to you and are never shared with anyone else.
You are responsible for ensuring call recipients are notified that the call is being recorded and for complying with all applicable consent and recording laws in your jurisdiction.
