Calendar Import Guide

Learn how to import your calendars from various platforms into the app. You can add multiple calendar links and give them custom names for better organization. By connecting your calendars, you’ll be able to:
  • View all your calendar events in one place
  • Let Ariel share your availability with trusted contacts
  • Keep your schedule organized and accessible

Apple Calendar

  1. Open the Calendar app
  2. Click on the calendar you want to share
  3. Right-click and select “Share Calendar”
  4. Choose “Public Calendar” and click “Share”
  5. Copy the URL that appears
  6. In the app, paste the URL and give your calendar a custom name

Google Calendar

  1. Go to Google Calendar
  2. Find your calendar in the left sidebar
  3. Click the three dots next to your calendar name
  4. Select “Settings and sharing”
  5. Scroll down to “Integrate calendar”
  6. Copy the “Secret address in iCal format” URL
  7. In the app, paste the URL and give your calendar a custom name

Outlook Calendar

  1. Log in to Outlook Calendar
  2. Click the gear icon (Settings) in the top right
  3. Select “View all Outlook settings”
  4. Go to “Calendar” → “Shared calendars”
  5. Under “Publish a calendar”, select the calendar you want to share
  6. Choose “Can view all details” and click “Publish”
  7. Copy the ICS link
  8. In the app, paste the URL and give your calendar a custom name

Managing Your Calendars

Once you’ve added your calendars, you can:
  • Edit calendar names by clicking the edit icon next to each calendar
  • Remove calendars by clicking the delete icon
Make sure to keep your calendar URLs private and never share them publicly. If you need to revoke access, you can always regenerate the sharing link from your calendar settings.
We’re working on implementing native integrations with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, and Outlook. This will make it easier to connect your calendars without manually copying URLs. Stay tuned for updates!
