Contacts are the foundation of Ariel’s communication system. They represent the people and organizations you interact with through Ariel.
Overview
Contacts in Ariel help you:
- Organize your communications
- Track interaction history
- Manage relationships
When you intially import your contacts or a new person calls, they are not a trusted contact. You can go in and manually set what contacts are trusted. This gives them access to your calendar availability. If you have added a contact to an event they also receive information connected to that calendar event.
Each contact in Ariel contains:
- Basic information (name, email, phone)
- Interaction history
- Notes and reflections
