## Labels

Use labels to keep your inbox organized and workflows flowing. Ariel applies labels automatically and can suggest new ones as patterns emerge.

    VIP and customer conversations
  </Card>

  <Card title="Finance" icon="inbox">
    Invoices, receipts, renewals
  </Card>

  <Card title="Scheduling" icon="calendar">
    Meeting proposals and changes
  </Card>

  <Card title="Urgent" icon="inbox">
    Time‑sensitive threads
  </Card>

  <Card title="FYI" icon="inbox">
    Updates and announcements
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

### How labeling works

* Learns from your past actions and contact relationships
* Uses thread context to infer intent (e.g., invoice, intro, scheduling)
* Honors rules you define (e.g., VIP senders → Urgent)
* Shows draft label changes before sending or filing

### Examples

* From a VIP client asking for an update → Labels: Clients, Urgent
* Airline itinerary update → Labels: Travel, FYI
* Email thread proposing times → Labels: Scheduling, Clients

### Controls

* Approve or auto‑apply by label category
* Set escalation rules for Urgent threads
* Export labels to your email provider where supported
